I have placed the address for my website which contains my curriculum project at the top of the page. I clicked it to make sure it works. Amazing what happens when you follow all of the directions.
I enjoyed myself clicking on various blogs this morning. I am taking a day of vacation today to work on the class, attend a non state related meeting and take my mom to the doctor later tody.

EDUC 553 Week 2
One of the things I need to do with this blog is to fulfill class requirements. The first thing that I need to do is explore links from the site. My firstfull stop after scanning everything that looked interesting was Solution Watch, Back to School with the Class of Web 2.0. http://perustatecollege.blackboard.com/webapps/portal/frameset.jsp?tab_id=_2_1&url=%2fwebapps%2fblackboard%2fexecute%2flauncher%3ftype%3dCourse%26id%3d_1165_1%26url%3d
Picking the 1st one on the list was probably an error on my part, guessing that it is a preffered site. When I got into it, I found myself exploring a wide variety of recomended sites. I had a little problem with Mindmeister, it let me register, but then did not allow me access.
I was probably acting like a kid in a candy store or one of my grandkids with free money, but I started trying to access and download all of the "free stuff" that I was finding available.
After spending a good 6 hours doing this, I finally (green gods forbid) printed a copy of the site and decided to read it in hard copy to refrain myself from all of this endless downloading. I did elect to have the same access and password for each thing so I do not have an enormous list of passwords to carry around and or lose in my filing system.
From a newbies perspective of Web 2.0, this site was a lot of fun and a learning exercise. If a person wanted to follow all of the entries that are mentioned in the follow up comments on this site, you should probably not be taking a class and working a full time job.
My next step is to go to two of my peers blogs and see what they have been up to.

EDUC 553
I have opened this blog in partial compliance with a course that I am currently taking from Peru State College. Prior to signing up for this class I never had any idea that I would ever do a blog.
